C&C Editions, located in Minneapolis, opened in 2024 and is dedicated to collaborating with leading artists in the creation and publication of innovative prints in unique and limited editions. Led by Director and Master Printer Cole Rogers, the new workshop is devoted to traditional fine art printmaking methods including etching, lithography, screen printing and woodcut. Rogers has over thirty-five years of collaborations with some of today’s leading artists.

C&C Editions’ name is a nod to the partnership between Carla McGrath and Cole Rogers who founded and led the well-known and highly respected Highpoint Center for Printmaking and Highpoint Editions for over two decades before creating the new print publishing studio.

Rogers and Mei Lam So, C&C Editions’ Assistant Printer and Studio Manager, will be presenting four new works by Julie Buffalohead created with combinations of lithography and screen printing.

Julie Buffalohead (b. 1972) lives and works in St. Paul, MN

Julie Buffalohead's work has focused thematically on describing Indian cultural experience through personal metaphor and narrative. Just as frequently as the work has been evocative of animals, anthropomorphism, and nature, it has been a critique of the simulacrum of the Old West, and of the prejudicial commercialization of Native culture.

Buffalohead is a member of the Ponca Tribe of Oklahoma.
