Tyshawn Henry is an artist, maker, and educator.

She works with paper, textiles, and clay. Pattern and color are elements found throughout her work. She creates connected series of mono prints and makes handmade papers which are combined with her prints to create print centric collages. Her work documents time, space, movement and migration. By working in series, she explores nature and connections between humans and our environment.
